What are your thoughts?? :)
I love Matt. He's responsible for one of the best remakes ever made...
C'mon. .
His Apes movies are amazing.
I hope the studio and the Ben give him final cut. :watching:
You're right about NF. (y)
Arrival is a damn fine piece of work. It's a film that will gather fans as time passes. No doubt.
I'm excited for Runner 2049.
Have you seen Incendies? Look into it. Prisoners is a solid drama.
Interesting.
Fallout 4 is a masterpiece. No exaggeration. I approach the game as a director would approach a film. I don't rush through. It's not a point A to Point B situation. It's meant to be an interactive post apocalyptic session of chess. You create moments, the moments aren't given to...
Tim Burton clearly tried. I'm more upset we never got some sort of sequel to it... that ending begs a continuation, even on a small scale, under his helm. Its a film that will be forgotten by most over time but doesn't fail to deliver some quilty pleasures and genuine moments of inspiration.
I think the Villeneuve film is set to be a single project that if successful would definitely spawn sequels but I don't think its even known if the movie is planned as a one off, an attempt to cover all ground, or an experiment to see if a mass audience gives a felgercarb enough to warrant more...
There is legitimate NASA video they were unable to properly suppress that clearly shows unknown bizarre enterprise. I don't rush to the alien conclusion.. but I wonder. Personally, the idea of alien life Is so much more credible than the ancient stories of bloodline and celestial supernatural...
What do you think about Denis Villeneuve directing the DUNE remake?
There's a lot of material to cover and I'd prefer a series over a 2 or 3 hour movie, but I think we might be in for something special.
The original Planet and Beneath The Planet are my old school favorites.
The new class of Rise and Dawn are amazing though too. Things could have gone horribly wrong...and I personally love Matt Reeves handling the current revival. He's a genius. :watching:
I haven't actually seen the original...
Mainly, Sepultura.Primarily, their second and third albums.
Also, Otep, Metallica, The Beatles, Nirvana, Deftones, Jedi Mind Tricks and The White Stripes.
Ryan is an interesting choice for the helm.
I wouldn't count on any narrative attempts involving the deconstruction of how the tyrant within T'Challa refuses to acknowledge the large hawk circling above that signifies a deep desire to inevitably at some point in the future devour the world...
When you stand on the edge of a precipice and stare into the abyss one of the side effects is contemplating how many clouds it would take to keep the loudest voice in your head from convincing you to follow your gut. There aren't enough. The rocks on the ground you stepped on during the walk to...
