Just wondering what was popular on your boards.

My top five were probably:

  1. Cannabalt
  2. Magnet Towers
  3. Manjongg Solitaire
  4. Curveball
  5. Tower Defense games
What games did your people like?

I like the various Bejeweled type games. After those I would have go with the classics (Asteroids, Space Invaders, etc.) followed by the tower defense games. The tower games are a great mental exercise break to take at work to keep the mind sharp.

Kevin hit it right on the head for what I was going to say. The Bejeweled and Classics run things

Nastalgic Arcade games:

Donkey Kong
Q-Bert
Pacman
Frogger

Agreed (y)

Bejewelled/match up types
mahjong
Old skool/Classic
Yeti games - although they might have come to an end with the later harder ones.
Tower Defence
Sports related
Poker/Black Jack/Other casino games

Without a doubt, the Yeti games were the most popular amongst my users.

Curveball was also a huge hit, until somebody managed to get a very hard score to beat (something like 33,000+).

Looks like the arcade talks ibarcade games, so hell yeah!
Yep, the current version handles IPB, v3 Arcade, & Mochi games. If you come across any that give you a problem please let us know so we can take a look.

How exciting! I can't wait to have an arcade again :D been missing those miner games!!!

I have a lifetime VIP account at ibparcade.com but I can't log in as I no longer use the email I signed up with *wahhhh*

Going to have to contact sykoect somehow.

That's an excellent question. Is there going to be a game repository? I don't think so, but you never know.
Unless somebody can convince me otherwise, I don't think there'll be an XFA sponsored/hosted place for games because we then enter into the area as to who is responsible for making sure the games are allowed to be distributed. With v3 Arcade the games we offered for download directly from the v3A servers were games that we either approached the creators for their permission or were submitted directly by the creators.

I'm open to all ideas on the subject but without some solid answers on the subject I think we'd be opening ourselves up to a DMCA notice.
