So with Xenforo's latest news about the end to the lawsuit and the announcement by Kier of the teams renewed vow to forge forward, does that breathe new life into other major mods like XFArcade?

I'm back from my extended vacation (a few weeks in the sun and now I'm back to the land of the ice & snow ) and ready to see where we need to pick up from.
With the 0.0.9 Refresh 1 release only having a few known issues I am thinking that it may finally be time to release XFA over XF.com in the RM.

I think we need to gear up for the onslaught of support questions - we know we will get them, such as the Xenporta clash. I'm on board whenever you are ready.
I've been trying to avoid it but I guess it's time for me to install a current version of XenPorta somewhere and see what has changed again. Nothing like resolving conflicts with a totally different add-on that is a constant moving target.

I'm installing a current copy of XenPorta tonight to go from there. If we can get the XenPorta issue resolved then I think most people will be willing to forgive us for the few other little issues that remain.

Just so you know...I've got the newest version of XenPorta installed (1.5.6) and I applied the fix to the Init.php file that we previously applied and I am submitting scores just fine.
EDIT: just reread the issues that others were having with the 1st place position - I need to do some more testing, I guess. Maybe time to prune some scores and retest 1st position issue.

Yes, I was able to duplicate the error:

OK - I got it working (I think). Use this Init.php for XenPorta 1.5.6.

but yaa, if you fix that issue with xenporta, that will be a gr8 help for people like me who are totally xf ignorant
ah, great ... but can you please note down what changes you have made to get rid of 1st place submitting problem? I mean, I don't have any other problem except the 1st place submitting, and I want to do the minimal change possible.
And another thing .. is it possible to change some xfarcade file instead of xenporta to make this fix... i'll love to have independent xfarcade

Unfortunately the problem is that XenPorta overrides the handling of XF routes in order to make itself the homepage and when that happens it ends up interfering with other add-ons, such as XFA, that rely upon XF routes. Really what needs to be done is something in XenPorta that says if it isn't a XenPorta route then ignore it and let XF handle it as normal.And another thing .. is it possible to change some xfarcade file instead of xenporta to make this fix... i'll love to have independent xfarcade

That fixed the issue I was having with submitting scores when Xenporta is installed!

You going to release this? I'll throw my hat in the ring to help out with supporting it- I'm over there quite a bit, as you may have noticed. That is of course, if you want me on the support team.

How to use this?
replace the Init.php file (inside Zip) with existing file in library/EWRporta/Listener

Forgive my stupidity but could someone explain how to do this. We recently added xenporta and have since lost all scoring in games. I did not install my arcade and really have no idea where to even begin with this.
