The IMDB.com had him listed as being on the season finale - I had heard that they cut his part out. I am wondering if they were going to show him at the side of the rode watching the car crash. I could see him being responsible for it (but not driving the car)

but I don't think that he was actually driving. I don't think he would take the chance of getting hurt. He would have hired someone to cause the crash and he would be standing by watching.
